SPECIAL MEETING VILLAGE CARD CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Meeting called to order at 9 AM
Present: Dick Condon, Pat Bertnolli, Nancy Luehring, Shan Merritt, Cathy Irving, Vicki Jennings, Sheila Cosby, Chuck Stofer, Mary Kay Stockford
Absent:Vonna Fischer, Peg Birzer

Purpose of the meeting: Vice President/Director of Education Reorganization

The Board of Directors reviewed the possible changes to the Constitution and the Bylaws re the separation of the Vice Presidency from the Director of Education.

Attached are the changes to the Bylaws that the Board of Directors feel are necessary to effect this change. There are no changes to the Constitution necessary. click here to read the attachment
