SPECIAL BOARD MEETING SEPTEMBER
                                                                     SEPTEMBER 21, 2007

The meeting was called to order by President Irving at 2:05 PM.

Present: Ned Irving, John Wild, Fran Bazemore, Marilyn Biegler, Andy Cosby, Teri La Bove, Ginna DeThomas, Betty Schultz, Mabel Serpa and Lois Schoenrock.

This was a one agenda meeting to appoint a member to the C&E Committee due to the resignation of Ken Drake. Andy moved and Betty seconded that Maureen Morgan be appointed to this position. Passed by unanimous vote.

Andy moved that the issue of the 171/2 table game be added to the agenda. Seconded by Marilyn. The matter was discussed and dropped for the time being allowing Fran Bazemore to evaluate and to make a decision.

Andy moved to close the rest of the meeting, seconded by Marilyn, Passed.

This portion of the meeting was adjourned at 2:20.
