JAN 27, 2007 SPECIAL MEETING
VILLAGE CARD CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The meeting was called to order by President Irving at 9:00 AM.

Attending: Ned Irving, Lois Schoenrock, Andy Cosby, John Wild, Betty Schultz, Vickie Jennings, John Wild, Denny Penticoff, Diana Podawiltz, Marilyn Biegler and Mabel Serpa.
Absent: Teri LaBove

There was a one item agenda to discuss the membership vote on game times.

Considerable discussion was held.

Andy moved to establish the start time for the Mon and Tues 0-20 and 0-49 games at 12:30. Seconded by Betty. Motion was passed unanimously. The optional mini lesson and question period will be held after the game rather than before. The membership vote on these games was in favor of a 12:30 start time.

Ned announced that the vote on the Tues, Thurs and Sat games was in favor of 12:30 so these games will remain at that time.

The board thanks the membership for participating in the vote.

Board members were encouraged to send out the agenda items they will present ahead of meetings and that everyone comes prepared for discussion.
