Special Meeting of
Village Card Club Board of Directors
June 16, 2006

Meeting was called to order by President Irving at 8:10 AM.

Attending: Ned Irving, Lois Schoenrock, Dick Condon, Teri LaBove, Allan Walker, Betty Schultz, Marilyn Biegler, Richard Robertson, Vicki Jennings and Mabel Serpa.

The recommendations coming from the Conduct and Ethics Committee in regards to the recent occurrence of inappropriate behavior at one of the games this past week was discussed. Rick Wendricks, chair of this committee, was there to do the presentation and answer questions. The board, after input from all the members of the board, and with a good deal of discussion on the matter voted to accept the recommendations as presented with some adjustment. There were 6 aye votes and 1 abstention.

Action was taken with the objective of motivating the individuals involved to improve their behavior at the bridge table. Details of the meeting are confidential.

Meeting adjourned at 9:30 AM.
