VILLAGE CARD CLUB BOARD OF DIRECTORS CALLED MEETING
DECEMBER 9, 2005

Meeting was called to order by President Kathy Harris at 2:10 P.M.

Attending: Kathy Harris, Teri LaBove, Dick Condon, Bill Taylor, Marcy Jordan,
Peggy Ross, Allan Walker, Andy Cosby, Richard Robertson and Mabel Serpa.
Absent: Marilyn Biegler

Meeting was called to discuss several issues before the Board.

Teri LaBove moved that we reschedule the 0-999er Friday game to every Wednesday afternoon at 1:00 P.M. starting January 11, 2006 for a trial period ending March 8, 2006, canceling all other games scheduled at this time, 2nd by Marcy Jordan. After a lengthy discussion, the President called for a vote. Motion passed with 7 yeas and 1 nay.

The following Proposal for 2006 Salaries was presented:
Proposed 2006 Salary
Director $14 + $1.50 per table, rounded up

Coordinator-
Rubber Bridge $2.00 raise

Coordidnator-
Better Bridgers $2.00 raise

Instructor-
Bridge Plus $22.00

Payroll Clerk $22.00

Club Manager $100.00

Clerk $7.00

The Directors shall be given a $4.00 per game raise. The Coordinators shall be given a $2.00 per game raise. The Instructors of Bridge Plus shall be given a $2.00 per game raise. The Payroll Clerk shall be given a $2.00 per month raise. The Club Manager shall be given a $10.00 per month raise. The Clerks shall be given a $1.00 per game raise. The raises shall take effect beginning in the month of January, 2006.

Again, after much discussion, Allan moved that the above proposal be accepted, 2nd by Dick. Motion passed with 5 yeas, l nay and l member abstaining.

A motion was made to adjourn by Peggy, 2nd by Bill and unanimously approved by the Board.
