Per the Village Card Club, Inc., By-Laws, Article 4, Section 2, the Vice President shall:
A. Fill the chair in the absence of the President and conduct the business of the Club.
B. Assume the office of President in the event the President is unable to serve the full term.
C. Assist in coordinating and supervising special projects as requested by the President.
D. In the absence of a Director of Education, assume the responsibilities of that position until a qualified candidate is appointed by the Board of Directors.
