Supplies and condiments are to be readily available to insure the smooth operation of VCC scheduled games and special events. Requests for additional supplies may originate with the Club Manager and/or Game Manager. Special requests may be approved by the Board President.
Duties:
Serve as a voting member of the Board of Directors.
Learn best supply sources and lead time for obtaining them.
Most supplies, including playing cards, boards and books are purchased from Baron Barclay Bridge Supplies (800-274-2221).
Coffee and paper supplies are purchased from Earl Gill Coffee Company in Hot Springs (800-225-5811 or 501-624-5671).
Nameplates are printed as needed for new life masters, club presidents and trophies. This is done through All Star Awards, 220 Albert Pike, Hot Springs, AR 71913 (501-624-1890).
Copies of forms are run at Not Just Shipping at the West Gate of HSV (984-6166). Your name must be on a list of authorized personnel in order to copy forms.

Catalog purchases must be paid for in advance, using the club credit card.
Items delivered are to be checked against orders, unpacked and stored. Receipts for items are to be given to the Treasurer.
Replace playing cards. Directors are to advise when cards are to be replaced.
Other stationery and operating supplies are to be purchased where most economical.
